In Mumbai specifically it is assessed that more than 1, 60,000 graduates pass out every year and it is studied that not more than 97% of these graduates do not possess skill required for employment. In addition to this most graduates suffer from Low confidence syndrome attributed to their poor communication skills and thereby a poor self esteem & inferiority complex.
GGPB is an attempt to build the capability set amongst these graduates so that they stand out in the crowded graduate market and ensure that they pursue post graduation in the World’s Ivy League Institutions or get employment int the Fortune 500 Organizations.
